Hello David, I found the issue and the solution, and thanks to You 😀. Basically the fault was Microsoft Onedrive service. I found out after your request to send to You the .ugs, but it was impossible for some reason. In practice Onedrive made these file read only and only available on the cloud, I'm trying to understand how and why for the moment. As soon I restart the onedrive service, download the latest version of the backup, everything come back to normal.
