Commander image function?

I've tested this with several decks now, and I'm just wondering if this function is broken? First I create a deck, set it's format as commander, then inside that deck use the commander flag on my commander, then on the front card on the decks page choose "Commander Image", I get a random image each time, including of cards not even in the deck.

Example: I have the Doctor Who Timey Whimey deck here with The Tenth Doctor set as the commander, yet if I choose Commander Image I get this, which is obviously wrong. I can work around it (and have) by manually assigning each image to the actual commander with the Background function, but I was wondering if this was a known broken issue or what.
