This just happened recently where the app is not uploading or able to download from OneDrive. I've tried clearing browser, logging back into OneDrive, and downloading collection and nothing. It's like I never had a collection in there! Can you resolve this? There is no way I'll reenter 7+ years worth of work into the app.

I haven't heard back from you and the app is still not working with OneDrive. I was able to get a backup file, so I haven't lost everything. I'm trying to be patient about this, but the silence is deafening. If this won't be resolved, I'll have to move to another platform and away from UrzaGatherer.
As a follow-up, it stopped working properly somewhere around November 14th 2024. That was the last day my orders got added to my collection. Since then, none of my many orders were successfully saved to the cloud.
What is userdate-ext.ugs? That one is bigger than the userdata.ugs. Also I notice that when I make a change on my iphone and push to cloud it doesn't reflect on my ipad and vice versa.
First you can go to OneDrive/applications/urzagatherer (or graph sometimes) and get the userdata.ugs. You may want to look down file history if the last version is empty or not working.
That will let you load the file directly from the app
